Group training development sessions are held at Carleton University’s Ice House.  Each session is led by trained instructors which will supply participants with opportunities to develop speed and edge efficiency, puck control and puck protection, and shooting skills within low 4:1 skater-to-coach groupings.

Sessions are $30 + HST ($33.90) each and can be purchased individually to suit busy family schedules.
